TEXAS PAROLE MANAGEMENT

Message From The Founder

Cody Hixon | Founder, Texas Parole Management

Before Texas Parole Management ever had a name, it began inside the walls of a Texas prison—with a simple act of service. I was just a man doing time, working in the Law Library, trying to make the most of my sentence. One day, another inmate asked for help preparing his parole packet. I didn’t realize it then, but that small request would ignite something bigger than either of us could’ve imagined.

When that man made parole, word spread like wildfire. I found myself helping others—men forgotten by the system and by society—offering the same guidance lawyers were charging thousands for, often just for a soup or a honey bun in return. But to me, this wasn’t about the trade. It was about purpose. It was about redemption.

Today, Texas Parole Management exists because I know what it’s like to wait for a vote. I know the anxiety. The doubt. The silent prayers in the middle of the night. And I know how powerful a solid plan—paired with faith, structure, and truth—can be in the hands of a voting board.

We don’t sell hope—we build it. With strategy. With story. With spirit. Every case we take on is personal. Every redemption packet is a battle plan. And we go to war for our clients with everything we have.

Because everyone deserves a shot at freedom.
And no one should have to walk that road alone.

"Freedom Forged. Futures Reclaimed."

  1. We don’t pretend to be lawyers.

  2. We’re not selling pipe dreams.

  3. We’re here to do the work—real strategy, real service, real stories that show the Parole Board who your loved one is and who they’re becoming.

This isn’t just a business to me. It’s personal. I’ve lived it. I’ve felt that ache. I’ve seen men lose hope because they didn’t know how to present their case, and I’ve seen families devastated by false promises.

So here’s my promise to you:

If we work together, I’ll fight for your loved one like I fought for myself. I’ll be honest. I’ll stay on the case. And I’ll walk with you until we hear back from the Parole Board—whatever the outcome.

If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you straight. No pressure. No drama.

Just one guy who’s been there, trying to help the next one come home.

Let’s talk.
